Print2PDF 9.1 does not use a GhostScript. Quality of the html to PDF conversion depends on the quality of print feature in WWW browser. Printer has a little control over this. Any specific problems should be send to support@binarynow.com. Please include source URL, resulting PDF and WWW browser information.
