Add support for scanning to PDF

It woudl be nice if I could scan directly to PDF, not to tif and then manually convert to PDF. Can this be added?

...with OCR too! (incl. in folderwatch and email inbox services), ie, send bmp/tif/jpg to inbox, OCR-PDF comes back. :-)
